This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

I normally like their food, but this time the greens in my bowl were slimy and black evidence to the fact that they are quite old. I went to tell the staff, and they quickly dismissed me and offered me another side of the old greens. When I refused, and asked for a refund instead the worker balked at me. She took my phone number and name to contact the manager, but I never heard back. Very disappointing for a $20 poke bowl.

Solid poke place. Small bowl is more than enough for a full meal. I like doing a base of half mixed greens and half rice, which they allow you to do. Lots of options for toppings & sauces with some recommended as popular flavors. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

"I recently visited Only Poke Bowl and was blown away by the exceptional service! The staff was incredibly busy, but they remained respectful and attentive throughout my visit. Their hard work and dedication shine through! The food was amazing, but it's the people that truly make this place stand out. Keep up the fantastic work, guys!

I absolutely love this place in Palo Alto. We’ve tried poke at many different places, but this one is still our favorite. Everything always tastes fresh and flavorful, and the combinations are just perfect. Whenever we’re craving poke, this is the place we come back to. In our opinion, it’s simply the best poke in the area πŸ˜€ Highly recommend!

Delicious poke bowls and very large portion sizes which I did appreciate. Fresh seafood and a wide variety of toppings make for a great texture variety. Ordered off of Uber eats and their order printer was down so our order didn’t start to get processed for quite some time until they spotted us waiting and standing for 15 minutes. Once they started making the orders, it took them another 10 minutes to finish wrapping up the execution of the order but I would have appreciated a little bit more of a service recovery gesture for the delay. Staff was nice enough and the food was tasty.
